Kwiro is the first AI Sales Agent built specifically for WooCommerce. Not a chatbot retrofitted with sales features — a sales-first system built from the first line of code.
The problem we’re fixing
Independent shop owners are stuck choosing between two bad options. They either pay $99–$2,999/month for enterprise chat platforms (Tidio, Intercom, Gorgias) that were designed for support tickets and have sales features bolted on. Or they install a free chatbot plugin (WPBot, Olark) that runs scripted flows and can’t actually understand what a shopper is asking.
Neither of those tools knows the shop’s catalog. Neither learns from the conversations it has. Neither can answer “I need a gift for my wife who likes minimalist jewelry under $80” in a way that ends with the right product in the cart.
What we built instead
A retrieval-augmented AI that knows every product in your catalog. A 5-layer memory architecture so your store’s AI gets your shoppers — not the average shopper. A test suite of 887 scenarios across 58 languages, run on every release, with the results published publiclyso you can see what works and what doesn’t.

Who’s building it
Kwiro is built by data scientists with enterprise-AI experience at one of the world’s largest shipping companies. The AI you’re using on a $39/month plan is shaped by the same engineering rigour as systems that route billions of dollars of cargo.
The team writes code, ships releases, and reads every customer message. There’s no marketing department writing copy that engineers have to live up to. The footer says it for a reason: made by data scientists, not marketers.
