Kwiro speaks 58 languages naturally. Your AI replies in whatever language your shopper writes in, no setup needed.

Your AI Speaks Your Customers' Language#

If a shopper types in Spanish, Kwiro replies in Spanish. If they type in Japanese, Kwiro replies in Japanese. If they switch mid-conversation, Kwiro switches with them. There's no language picker, no setup, no per-region config.

Plan Coverage#

  • Free — English only. If a non-English message arrives, the AI politely asks the shopper to continue in English.
  • Pro / Growth / Scale — All 58 languages.

The 58 Languages#

Tested and verified working at production quality:

European#

English (US, UK, Australian, Gen-Z, formal, elderly variants), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Czech, Hungarian, Greek, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish

South & Southeast Asian#

Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Kannada, Punjabi, Sinhala, Nepali, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, Filipino, Khmer, Burmese, Lao

East Asian#

Chinese (Simplified + Traditional), Japanese, Korean

Middle Eastern & Central Asian#

Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Turkish, Georgian, Azerbaijani, Uzbek

African#

Amharic, Swahili, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Zulu, Malagasy, Nigerian Pidgin

Code-Switching#

If a shopper types "I love these zapatos pero are they en stock?", the AI handles it naturally — it doesn't pick a language, it matches the shopper's mix. The same applies to all common romanised + code-switched dialects: Hinglish, Spanglish, Banglish, Tanglish, Tinglish, Nigerian Pidgin, and others.

Quality#

We test every language with native-speaker-quality scenarios — see the Proof page for the full breakdown. Multilingual scenarios include:

  • Direct product search
  • Comparison of two products
  • Objection handling ("is this too expensive?")
  • Out-of-stock recovery
  • Gift-giving scenarios
  • Sale-aware queries

Pass rates across multilingual scenarios stay at 95%+ — no language is treated as second-class.

What If My Language Isn't Listed?#

The AI will still try. We've tested 58 languages, but the underlying model speaks 100+ languages natively. Languages outside our test suite haven't been validated to production quality but typically work — file a support ticket and we'll add it to our next test run.

RTL Languages (Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Urdu)#

The AI's text replies render correctly in RTL languages. The chat widget UI itself stays LTR; the message bubbles handle direction per-message based on the language of that message.

How It Knows Which Language to Use#

The AI detects the language of the most recent shopper message and responds in that language. There's no per-store language setting and no need to install separate language packs. If a shopper switches mid-conversation, the AI switches with them on the next reply.

Performance#

Multilingual scenarios run at the same response time as English (1.5s first token, 2.5s full response on warm cache). There's no slowdown for non-English shoppers.
