Cancel & Reactivate

Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Reactivate any time before that.

Diagram: Cancel doesn't mean lose. Your widget hides, but every conversation, every learned memory, every sales record is preserved. Reactivate later and pick up exactly where you left off.

You can cancel at any time, no questions asked, no support ticket needed. Your plan stays active for the rest of the period you've already paid for, then drops to Free automatically.

How to Cancel#

  1. Open your dashboard → Subscription.
  2. In the Current Plan card, click "Cancel plan".
  3. The confirm dialog tells you exactly when your plan will end (your current period's end date).
  4. Confirm.

A scheduled-cancellation banner appears at the top of the page with the end date. Your card won't be charged again. Your plan continues working in full until the end date — no degradation, no removed features.

You'll also receive an email confirming the cancellation, with one-click reactivate.

What Happens at the End Date#

On the period-end date, your subscription is fully cancelled in our billing system, and your store automatically drops to the Free plan:

  • Your AI keeps running on Free-plan limits (200 conversations / month, English only, "Powered by Kwiro" badge).
  • All your data — conversations, memory, knowledge gaps, sales attribution history — stays. No deletion.
  • All your settings — widget colour, custom prompt, forbidden topics — stay. We just stop charging you.

You can reactivate or upgrade later and pick up exactly where you left off.

Reactivate Before the End Date#

If you cancel and change your mind:

  1. Open the Subscription page.
  2. The orange "Subscription scheduled to cancel" banner has a Reactivate plan button.
  3. One click clears the scheduled cancellation.

Your subscription continues normally. Billing resumes at your usual cadence.

After the End Date Passes#

Once your plan has actually ended (you're now on Free), reactivation is no longer one-click — you'll need to start a fresh checkout.

But as noted: all your historical data and settings are intact. Re-subscribing puts you back on Pro/Growth/Scale and all of it comes back.

Cancellation Drops You to Free, Not Pro#

Just to be clear: cancellation = stop paying entirely = drop to Free. If you want to go from Growth to Pro (still paid, just less), that's a downgrade — see Plan Changes.

Does This Apply to Annual Plans?#

Yes. Annual plans cancel the same way — your plan stays active for the rest of the year you paid for, then drops to Free. We don't issue partial-year refunds, but you keep all the features through your renewal date.

We're Sorry to See You Go#

If you do cancel, please reply to your cancellation email and tell us why. The honest answer — even "your AI gave a wrong product to my customer" or "the dashboard is too slow" — helps us fix it for everyone.
