Managing Your Subscription
An overview of how subscription management works in Kwiro. Drill into the right page for the specific action you need.
Self-Serve Everything
You can do every billing action from your dashboard. No support ticket, no email back-and-forth. Open Subscription in the sidebar and you'll see:
- Your current plan + status
- Live usage (this month's conversations vs. plan)
- What happens when you hit your limit (overage / strict mode)
- A pager-friendly billing history with PDF downloads
- Plan cards for upgrading or downgrading
- Cancel button (with one-click reactivation if you change your mind)
- Manage-billing-in-Paddle button for everything else
What Each Action Does
For the specifics:
- Plans, upgrades, downgrades, interval switches → — how plan changes work, why upgrades are immediate but downgrades wait until your period ends.
- Cancel & reactivate → — how cancellation works, how to reactivate before the period ends, and what happens after.
- Conversation limits & overage → — what the $10 / 1k overage means, the cap that protects against surprise bills, and strict mode.
- Invoices & receipts → — downloading PDFs, managing payment methods through Paddle's portal, refunds.
Founding-Member Pricing
If you signed up during the launch window, your founding-member prices are locked in for as long as your subscription stays active:

Annual saves another ~15% on top.
The Subscription page shows both — your launch price as the headline, the regular price struck through with a "FOUNDING MEMBER" badge. As long as you don't cancel, the launch price holds even when we raise the regular price for new signups.
Read-Only for Members
If you're a Member (not the Owner), the Subscription page shows a "Read-only — billing changes route through the Owner" banner. You see the plan and usage; the action buttons are hidden. See Team Members & Roles.
