What your shoppers actually ask, ranked by frequency. A goldmine for product copy, FAQs, and category descriptions.

What Are Customers Actually Wondering?#

The Questions page lists the questions shoppers most often type into the AI, ranked by frequency over your selected date range. Click any question to see how the AI typically answers it and how shoppers rate the response.

Why You Should Read This Weekly#

Every question shoppers ask the AI is a question your product page should be answering. Spending five minutes here per week will quietly lift your store's organic conversion (not just AI conversion) over six months:

  • See the same "is this real leather?" appear 47 times → add a clear material spec to your product page.
  • See the "what's the difference between these two" appear weekly → add a comparison table to your category page.
  • See the "do you ship to Canada?" appear constantly → add a shipping zone widget visible from any page.

What Each Row Shows#

ColumnWhat it means
QuestionThe shopper's actual wording (normalized — case + trailing punctuation stripped). Multiple wordings of the same question are grouped.
Times askedTotal count over your date range.
Avg satisfactionThe mean rating (1–5) when shoppers thumbs-up'd or rated the AI's reply. Blank if no ratings.

Reading the Satisfaction Column#

  • 4.5+ — your AI nails this kind of question. Don't worry about it.
  • 3.5–4.5 — adequate but improvable. If frequency is high, consider Custom Prompts or Memory Inspector tuning.
  • Below 3.5 — the AI is letting you down here. Open the conversation and check what's happening. Common cause: you don't have a product matching the shopper's intent. See Missing Products.

Pagination#

The page shows 20 questions at a time, ordered by frequency. Most stores see only 30-50 distinct frequent questions; very large stores can have hundreds. Use the pager controls at the bottom to walk through them.

Pro vs Free#

Pro+ shows you all questions across all conversations. Free tier shows you the page but caps at the top 10 most frequent — enough to spot trends, but not the long tail.
